Credit/Debit Card information required at time of booking.

Services are Nonrefundable.

Cancellations can be made if greater to or equal to 48 hours prior to appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

Any client 30 minutes late, will be rescheduled and charged a $25 fee.

NO SHOWS will be charged $150 on service appointments and $25 for consultations.

New Clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early for paperwork and questions.

Can Not be Pregnant/ Nursing

Any one currently on Accutane or Keloid Prone are not candidates.

Any history of Diabetes, Autoimmune Disease Or Chemotherapy will require a physician note.

Results will vary from client to client.

How well you follow your After-Care will directly affect the final results.

Some clients may need additional touch-ups for desired look.
